Guiding you through life’s transitions to heal, grow, and step into your next chapter.

When you know something needs to change…but you’re not sure what’s next.

You might be feeling stuck in a season of life that no longer feels aligned-unsure of what’s next, but knowing something needs to change.

Maybe you’re been carrying emotional weight, navigating a loss, considering a career shift, or facing a transition that’s left you overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself.

Or perhaps you’re functioning on the outside, but inside you feel uncertain, drained, or quietly questioning if there’s more for you than where you are right now.

What it looks like to move forward, feeling clear, grounded, and confident in what’s coming…

Imagine feeling grounded and clear about where you are and confidently taking steps toward what’s next.

Instead of carrying everything on your own, you’ve processed what’s been weighing on you and feel lighter, more connected to yourself, and at peace with your new path forward.

You’re no longer stuck in uncertainty or second-guessing yourself. You trust your decisions, move forward with intention, and feel aligned, energized, and fully present in your life.

Support rooted in experience and understanding.

Hi, I’m Chela. I’m a Martha Beck trained Wayfinder Life Coach with a passion for helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. My journey into coaching is rooted in both professional and personal experience. I’ve spent over 17 years in Human Resources and Leadership, supporting individuals through career growth, transitions, and challenges, always with a holistic, people-centered approach.

Through my Wayfinder training, including 75+ hours of coaching practice, I’ve deepened my ability to guide others with presence, compassion, and intention. I truly believe that lasting change happens when we feel seen, supported, and empowered.

It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate what’s next and create a path that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

  • Grief had completely taken over my life before I started working with Chela. I was carrying so much pain and didn’t know how to move forward without feeling guilt or sadness all the time. It felt like I had lost not just my loved one, but also myself. What made it even harder was feeling like no one really understood what I was going through. I kept trying to ‘be strong’ on my own, but inside I felt broken and stuck. Chela created a space where I could finally breathe, feel, and heal without judgment. Through her guidance, I learned how to process my grief in a way that honored my journey instead of suppressing it. Today, I feel more at peace, more connected to myself, and able to move forward with strength I didn’t think I had.

  • I spent years knowing I wasn’t in the right career, but I stayed because it felt safe. Deep down, I wanted more—but I didn’t know what ‘more’ even looked like. Every time I tried to figure it out, I’d get overwhelmed and talk myself out of making a change. Fear and doubt kept me stuck in the same place. Working with Chela helped me break that cycle. Instead of spinning in indecision, I gained real clarity and direction. She challenged me in the best way and helped me trust myself again. I made the leap into a new career path that actually excites me, and for the first time in a long time, I feel aligned, confident, and energized about my future.

  • I didn’t realize how much I was holding myself back until I started working with Chela. On paper, I was doing well in my career—but I wasn’t showing up as the leader I knew I could be. I hesitated to speak up, avoided visibility, and often questioned whether I was truly ready for the next level. Chela helped me shift not just my actions, but my mindset. Through our work together, I developed the confidence to lead, communicate clearly, and take ownership of my growth. That shift made a real impact—I stepped into greater responsibility and advanced professionally. More importantly, I now see myself as a leader and show up that way every day.
